These music boxes actually pluck the notes to make the song, just like old time jewellery boxes from long ago.  This one plays the song "Everything is Beautiful."  The sentiment card can be replaced with a personal photo, or of course left to tell your Grandma how much you care.  The card says: Grandma, I will always treasure our memories and time spent together.
