These music boxes actually pluck the notes to make the song, just like the old time jewellery boxes your Grandma had.  This one plays the song "My Favourite Things" from the Sound of Music.  The sentiment card can be replaced with a personal photo, or of course left to tell your friend how much they mean to you.  The card says: My Friend, Your love, loyalty and friendship mean everything to me.
